i was fed up with no one better at frosty than me having figured out how tall the companions are so i was messing around w solas swaps since we know he's an easy solid 6'0. i was specifically wanting emmrich's height and i'm putting him at a sweet 6'2 he seems to be slightly taller than solas. anyway i know we joked but my fucking CHRIST did they beef up solas. why did they do that. the swolas shred wolf propaganda is straight up facts he DOES have an eight pack.

I know she's more slender in canon but I have a this thing for Sakura looking adorable and petite when she's all covered up, especially in her lab coat, and looking jacked when she takes it off. The fact that she can cause earthquakes with her punches and have the muscles to prove it is so 👌👌. Especially an older and more seasoned Sakura.
Just because she's busy being a mother and konoha's top medical ninja doesn't mean she'll willingly skip her regular arm day exercises. Probably exchanges workout tips with Lee every now and then. Time has lessened her exasperation and now she's slightly more eager to be his occasional workout buddy.
I have to include sasusaku as well so of course he'll be there appreciating the view while Sarada is in constant awe at her mother's physique.

gym bros love pretending that lifting form is like this insanely technical art form that takes years to master and it’s like. i mean you get better at it over the course of years that’s true but no lift worth doing has that crazy of a movement pattern. in fact most of them feel very natural and mirror things you already do in real life. it just feels like annoying ass gatekeeping trying to intimidate beginners and it’s so dumb dude

i’ve been frustrated and angry and overwhelmed recently (i won’t go into it) but at least i had personal training today and i got to slam heavy balls into the walls and throw them on the floor with all my strength. it’s very cathartic AND engages your core 10/10 would recommend
